Sure, Our focus group participants lose weight, lose inches, gain mobility, gain flexibility, increase their balance and generally find that they move much better, have far faster reflexes, and are happier with how they look and feel overall when they are practicing Pilates. However, none of those are THE MOST exciting change that happens.
